PRODUCTION PHASES

Prepare the seedbed. The working phase of the soil that has the greatest influence on the growth of the crop.

SEEDS

We use certified seeds of the best quality.

SEEDING

We use seed drills with a coulter disc to place the seed in the soil evenly and place it at the correct depth.

MOWING

Alfalfa is mowed at the beginning of the vegetative phase up to 25/30 days. It stays in the field for a limited time to reduce nutrient losses.

DEHYDRATION

Operating temperatures are carefully monitored at all stages of the dehydration process in order to ensure constant humidity of the finished product.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

Alfalfa is shredded, loaded onto trucks and unloaded at the factory.

LABORATORY ANALYSIS

We have our own internal analysis laboratory. We carry out checks on incoming alfalfa, on the product during processing and on the product stored in the warehouse to ensure correct quality.

COLLECTION

The alfalfa is shredded with a forage collector and transferred to the dehydration system without interruption to avoid harmful fermentation processes.
